By accessing our website or using Verdant Edge Lawn Care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Verdant Edge Lawn Care provides professional lawn maintenance services including but not limited to: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, fertilization, weed control, hedge trimming, shrub care, and seasonal treatments. Services are provided to residential, commercial, and HOA properties throughout Central Florida.
All estimates are based on property size, lawn condition, service frequency, and selected service tier as described at the time of quoting. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if property conditions change or if additional services are requested.
Our $35 starting price applies to small, well-maintained yards on weekly service. Larger properties, overgrown conditions, additional services, or less frequent scheduling will result in higher pricing as reflected in our published pricing tiers.
We schedule services based on availability and agreed-upon frequency. While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, weather conditions, equipment maintenance, and holidays may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for service. Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the lawn area is clear of obstacles, debris, and pet waste prior to our arrival. Additional fees may apply if we cannot access your property during a scheduled visit.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. Recurring service customers may be invoiced weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a $15 late fee after 14 days past due.
We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service rate. No-show appointments (where we arrive and cannot access the property) will be charged at the full service rate.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not apply to natural lawn conditions, weather-related issues, or pre-existing problems.
Verdant Edge Lawn Care carries general liability insurance. While we exercise professional care in all services, we are not liable for pre-existing lawn conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Our Neighbor Referral Program offers $20 off your next service visit for each new customer you refer who completes their first paid service. Credits are applied to future visits and have no cash value. There is no limit on referrals.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
